What is Chasing The Now? For too long, too many of us live life in the past or in the future, neither being the present place we are situated. Chasing The Now means living in the moment you exist in and taking things one day, one hour, and one minute at a time. Enjoying what I have, what I am doing, or who I am with at that precise moment is the goal.
Who is maria? I'm twenty-two years old and living in Japan with my husband who teaches English. I consider myself a lifelong learner and enjoy trying new things and experiencing the world. Leading a healthy lifestyle and concentrating on fitness are extremely important to me.
